Lustra

Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: 11 October 2026

Lustra is a product of Lucid and LumenSocial, operated by Lumen Social Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202556946D), at 2 Alexandra Road, #02-05A, Delta House, Singapore 159919. These terms apply to use of Lustra at lustra.work, including its workspaces, files, reports and AI features. Contact ai@lucid.sg for support or questions about these terms.

By using Lustra, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organisation, you must be authorised to do so. A separately signed client, employment or service agreement takes priority where it specifically conflicts with these terms.

Current availability. Lustra's staff platform is access-controlled. External creator and brand onboarding, including TikTok connection, is being prepared for a limited sandbox pilot. Publishing these terms does not enable those integrations or grant access to the staff platform.

1. Access and account responsibility

Use only accounts, profiles and workspaces you are authorised to access. Keep credentials and devices secure, do not impersonate another user, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Invitations, roles and company assignments are controlled separately from any external account connection. TikTok authorisation alone does not grant staff or administrator rights or prove brand ownership.

Lustra is intended for authorised professional use. You must be able to enter an agreement and meet the eligibility requirements communicated for any pilot or connected service.

2. Permitted use

You may use available features to organise authorised work, manage content and evidence, coordinate tasks, and prepare analyses and reports. You must comply with applicable laws and the terms of any connected service.

3. Your content and sharing

You retain your rights in content you provide. You give us permission to host, store, process, display and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you request, maintain the service and comply with applicable obligations. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to Lustra.

You are responsible for having permission to use and share your files, messages and connected-account records. Review the destination before filing or sharing work. Reports and other records shared in a brand workspace may be available to its authorised participants. Downloaded or exported copies are outside the platform's access controls.

Lustra's branding, interface and software remain the property of their respective owners. Using the service does not grant rights to copy or resell the platform.

4. AI features and report review

AI features process your request and the context or sources included for that feature through configured service providers. The Privacy Policy explains this processing. An external account connection is separate from selecting data for an AI request.

AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. Check figures, source coverage, dates, currencies, calculations, interpretations and suggested actions before relying on or sharing an output. An apparent relationship in performance data does not establish causation. You remain responsible for approval, publication, commitments and decisions made using an output. Reports are not a substitute for qualified legal, financial or other professional advice where needed.

5. Connected services and TikTok

Connected features are available only when implemented, configured and authorised. You control whether to authorise an external account and which available permissions to grant. Our planned TikTok sandbox uses Login Kit and Display API for authorised profile and public-video information; it does not promise access to advertising, Shop, live-selling or every private analytics dataset.

Authorisation and data access are subject to TikTok's applicable terms, permissions, availability and API limits. We are independent of TikTok and do not claim its endorsement. You must not use connected data for purposes that the relevant service prohibits. We do not obtain ownership of TikTok videos or permission to republish them merely through API access.

When enabled, you may disconnect using the available control or revoke access through TikTok. Disconnection stops future authorised collection once processed but does not automatically delete previously saved or exported work. Requests about retained records should be sent to our contact address. Source counts and timestamps describe the data available when fetched and may not cover a requested historical period.

6. Privacy and confidentiality

Our Privacy Policy describes personal-data handling and how to request access, correction or deletion. Protect confidential information and respect the permissions attached to workspace records. Do not submit information that requires processing restrictions we have not agreed to meet. Separate confidentiality and data-processing agreements continue to apply where agreed.

7. Availability, pilots and fees

Features may change or be temporarily unavailable, including because of external service outages, API changes or revoked permissions. Sandbox and pilot features are for evaluation and may have additional limits. We will identify any separate commercial terms before charging for a new service; these pages do not create a subscription or change an existing agreement.

Keep appropriate copies of important work. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security, misuse, legal requirements or loss of authorisation. Where appropriate, contact us about retrieving your authorised records or resolving an access problem. Suspension does not itself determine ownership of content or override applicable data rights.

8. Responsibility and limitations

We take reasonable care in providing Lustra but do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free AI outputs or particular commercial results. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused by unauthorised use, your reliance on unchecked outputs, or external services outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any specific liability terms in a signed service agreement take priority.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date appears above; material changes will receive additional notice where appropriate. Continuing to use the service after applicable revised terms take effect indicates acceptance, subject to any separate agreement and mandatory legal requirements.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns. Unless a separate agreement or mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes are subject to the courts of Singapore.
